WrkFit stores what you log and what you tell it. It does not track you, sell data, or run advertising.
Your email address, display name and optional profile photo. Your workouts, sets, body weight entries, goals, routines and the equipment you mark as owned. If you use trainer mode, your invite codes, coach brand color and logo.
When you link with a coach, that coach can see your workouts, sets, records and history for as long as the link is active, and you can message each other inside the app. A partner link shares libraries and recent activity both ways. Unlinking stops access immediately; history you already logged stays yours.
When you ask AI Mode to build a routine, the goal you type and the names of exercises in your library are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the routine. Nothing else about you is sent, and the request is not used to train models. The result is shown to you for review and is only saved if you save it.
The WrkFit Coach plan is billed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment details; WrkFit never sees your card. Receipt validation runs through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user id (your WrkFit account number) and the purchase record. WrkFit stores only whether the plan is active and when it renews.
Push notifications are optional. If you turn them on, a push subscription for your device is stored so a coach's message or pushed workout can reach you. Turn them off in Settings at any time.
No location, no advertising identifiers, no analytics trackers, no third-party cookies. Sign in with Google or Apple gives WrkFit only your verified email and name.
Settings has a delete-account control. It removes your account, every workout and set, your photos, your messages and any active links from the server. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage that in your Apple ID settings.
